Inchcape are very plesant when selling you the car, be aware some of the insurance policies are not all they are cracked up to be. Aftersales, be prepared to be insulted by abrupt unhelpful staff. I’ve had to return my car three times to the dealer for an ongoing fault. I have experienced a member of staff being so unhelpful I had to walk out he just kept telling me the engineers had gone home, it was 16:55, all I wanted to do is drop my car off and pick up a loan car all prearranged by the manager. Another time they had me wait 1 hr to drop the car off and speak with the service manager to discuss the fault. Eventually another member of staff dealt with me as the manager was too busy!! And I’m not.
